I bought mine from jovy Hong Kong from 4 years ago and till now they provide acceptable support .

For privacy of our distributors we can't say the company name, for support we have been in touch with Mr. Philip Gore, Mrs. Kelsay Chow, Mr.Peter Copson and they validate the warranty first, purchsaed the license, for warranty no one resolved our problem, only get our money sent a fault main board, ask to pay again and why the machine have official 1 year of warranty.

Why you can't say the company name , are they selling jovy machines or drugs
I am just asking if they are official distributer for jovy products or not ? are they listed in the below link :

We not say company name becuause we sell in a country where is a official reseller, so we respect a free market and concorrence without risk aour distributor that's all fox.

If you did not bought from jovy or from official distributer of jovy products so why you are claiming against jovy support then ?!!!

I think you should not accept this kind of black mail threads... Mr.Albelektronic did not buy the machine from Jovy or one of official distributer and opening a threads talking about support issue with Jovy..

He is Cheating the people then..you should banned him or put a cheater beside his name.

I tell you where he bought the jovy is usbearth and not say the name because other distributors can not sell outside their area of competence.. is a rules of Jovy but the rules for this not is important..
JOVY is very clear if you not buy of your national distributor not have warranty.. this is for stop un-authorized seller and for offer the best support

Hk too, there is the source not direct from factory, direct from ditributor.

I never asked support or warranty from a local distributor, because i never purchase from there, so i ask from my distributor and from factory becuase this is detinated to me as end customer for my lab, is test machine, what wrong? they are obligated on warranty to support the end customer or distibutor one or other i never told a name of my distributor, maybe you are telepathic my friend, this is good for you.

That was after jovy not accept me to repair, after i told them i will make all pubblic they ask me to support.
