1st solution: Resolving USB connection problem:

Dear friends for all You that have problems with Jovy Re8500 like Unknown device, after You connected the usb You not get the new device on the list, You try to connect the machines in boot mode and You can't see it again in device list here is the solution, in three simple step,.

We are not take responsable for any problem created during the repair, we have get this solution to resolve our problem,
do with Your owen risk, ask jovy systems HK first if your machines is under warranty, we suggest to replace the R2 and R3 with 27 Ohm resistor and not simply to make a jumper. hope to be in help of all You.

2rd solution: Updating the station:

How to update JOVY Re8500

First download the software v1.09 : http://www.jovy-systems.com/images/s...0Installer.rar

Then: Download: .NET Compact Framework 3.5 Redistributable - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
Then: Download: Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

0 - Now download the firmware update file: http://www.jovy-systems.com/images/s...8500fw1.07.zip
1 - Close the software and turn off the station
2 - Press and hold the OK button on the station
3 - Turn on the station, the drivers are required, install from this path: C: \ Program Files \ Jovy Systems \ Jovy PC Suite \ Drivers
4 - is also required SiUSBXp.sys file is located in this path: C: \ Program Files \ Jovy Systems \ Jovy PC Suite \ Drivers \ x86
5 - Open the software, click online mode
6 - Click import JOVY FW files
7 - Wait until the update go to 100%
8 - Click Exit
9 - Turn off the station
10 - Turn it on and that's all.

3nd solution: Resolving software error:

Dear friends if you still to get problems on Jovy Systems Re8500 software after You have installed .NET Framework 3.5 amd Microsoft Visual C++ library the solution is:

1. go to Jovy PATH: C:\Programmi\Jovy Systems\Jovy PC Suite
2- delete the file: setting.jovy
3- restart PC

start and use the program

if You ran in windows 7 need to rund the software as ADMINISTRATOR.
