yeah me too i already got F****D up by this guy on skype for icloud . 110 usd . this guy will play says will pay now and then today tomorrow and then block u on skype . thats all . i cannot get my money back coz it was a virtual payment and paypal does not give garentee for virtual goods . i hope u get your money back

can,t get as well, because pay pal only garanteem goods, but you can complaim on paypal if lot people do that at least i hpe they cancel his account.

Paypal does give refunds if a service was not provided by a seller. I have got refunded twice when unlocks were not done. I think it depends on weather there is funds in the sellers account

i tired but they say its not under protection policy of paypal for digital goods .
