I bought 2x200 full access griffin team logs and someone else used them, now GT protect this cheater wont block the box id used.
Why? Who are they protecting?
They must know that person, they have the box id!
GT, do the right thing and block this persons box id, so they never can use the box again. GT protect your customers, I wanted to buy bb5 box with 250 logs but now never will, lucky I lost only 265 usd better than 6000 usd.
All be aware GT will not protect your investment! But they do protect the thief, and delete my complain that box id 000000005232BFD3 and 000000005A7A753F belongs to a thief in Turkey.

I am not afraid Gt post log data, I actually appriciate GT doing so, I received log data from my reseller already and the ip address shows that some one in Turkey used my accounts. Now how this could happen I can only estimate.
I dont know anybody in Turkey and I am about 10000 km away from Ankara, TK, it makes no sense that a person in Turkey get access from me.
But I suggest with logic that my reseller has a bad element in their sales department and exposed the logs to a "friend" now I understand I lost 265 usd (250 plus 5.5% credit card charge) but at least block this cheaters box id forever so this will never happen again, thank you.

well this is a lesson for all to buy from a trusted reseller

Only reseller know your user and pass, so reseller is guilty if logs disappear...

Sorry , You are missunderstanding the stuation , he talks about normal GT logs , not BB5 Unlock logs .. already username closed into 1st MTBox ID
for BB-5 logs and no one can use ur logs account !

from my experiance for his problem , this person hacked his pc or this individual person got his account by other way !

at the end he mistaken coz this person didnt use this credits in 1 day !
so once he feel something with his account he should request his reseller immeditaly about account stauts and ask him to change his password

We deal with GT logs since ages i think once started and never face any problem like this !

So far I believe very much that my reseller (ipmart) has a "bad element" in their sales department and exposed my accounts to someone else, that someone hacked into my pc is very very unlikely, 1st this person must be a gsm professional otherwise gt account is of no use, 2nd this hacker must find my pc out of millions, bypass my hardware and software firewalls antivirus and trojan scanners.
Thats very unlikely, anyway GT took care of my stolen logs, and the recovered accounts are still there, all 400 credits.
So how come nobody stole the recovered accounts yet? Because nobody hacked my pc, but it looks like ipmart exposed my 2x200 log accounts.
It is very sad that I cannot trust this company with this kind of purchase anymore.
