Well, since it wont let me post in the "Listed Cheaters" section (don't quite know why...) and since the Paypal chargebacks thread is closed (again I don't quite know why it's closed) I'll post this here.

I performed services for him that totalled $65. All services were performed properly and there were no issues. He never emailed me, skyped me, or texted me to let me know anything was wrong. After he files a complaint I email him again asking him if there's anything I can do to help resolve the issue. He never responds. Straight up scumbag this guy is.

I made a quick search to find this guy and found this post.
He put a claim for 55 dollars after I repaired his phone.
