I need your opinions.

I have send him (09/12/20010) 1000 us for a dongle for alcatel be4.

I have recive the dongle, but he dont work. He say, i send me a new dongle, but now i dont recive. ( i wait 2 months)

 andromeda is a cheater or not ??
