Hi Every BOdy

Sorry For u www.lante168.com Ur trustable but u don't have support for ur hardware
i've a problem with ur champion box always "softdog not found"
i've tryed many lpy config but no way i ask u for easy soft that swich between mods "universal,dct4,samsung,and netmoto
but i've get no support so don't blame me if i say that ur half-trustable

Their products normally 'Combined' other 2 -3 people Hardware &
Software in one box only, don't expect they will write a new soft
or improvement on the hardware if the original author didn't make
that. I think you should ask for a replacement if it is hardware
problem, otherwise, try different computers, may be one PC can
work, because they will tell you that the equipments was tested
and working fine on their Computer.

my box is working properly but only dct4 flash cant be worked
it always dongle not connected etc
what i should do to solve this problem i think so that i wil have to reprogram the pic16f876 or what plz give me slution

their products are very bad
i bought two hot air stations and i only used 2 times . they were defect after 2 * using

Do you know why you are in such a bad situation? that's because their aftersale service is bad. Yes, they have technicians, (who know only sitting in frong of pc chatting on QQ, and most important, they don't know english, so don't expect they can solve your problem). they have an english translator, but the problem is he know nothing about software. Go to their English forum, you can see, which is the most quiet forum i've ever seen in this world.

Lante is 100% trustable !
They speak english very well and they know the market very well.
They work with me and i know them very good.

When you visit my site you say - oh my *** what prices and you
turn left to Lante.
All there is veeery cheap. You pay and receive even more for what you pay the money. Then the deal is finished. So, what aftersale service you want.
Do you want to pay few dollars for something and then to have lifetime support?

Thats not good enough explanation it is saying buy from china
to get non working product or buy here . So china web sites
are only to buy partly working hardware. Good job england has trade discriptions act .

As of LANTE, they are OK

As Spear said, you cannot expect to have support if you purchase some product for 60% less price then it is sold thru regular dealers.

Support no but you expect it to work .Full stop. I see no sence in this section as the same faces the same problems . Nothing is solved If you are a single user bying only one bit at a time
be carefull of all resellers thats my opinion for what its worth
