Member: 534777 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 214 | Codes suppliers, beware!!!! you are informed they can supply code/unlock say iphone 4 UK. owing to the information provided, you go ahead to purchase credits/logs to process the order for a customer who walks into your shop and inform the customer about the expected time the phone should be ready. however the stated turnaround time passes and the code isn't supplied. sometimes delays for over a week or more and your querries to the supplier doesn't yield any proper responses, only WAIT. the customer at a point in time should he/she loose his patience, insists on taking back his phone and since we all don't know our customers homes, this becomes a loss to us whereas the fault is not from us. you also don't get any refund though the fault isn't from you. if you supply codes and there are delays beyond your stated turnaround times, the onus is on you to refund our monies and not the codes when there won't be any use for it. who takes the blame when there is a delay and who bears the loss for someones ineptitude???? code suppliers should sit up. delays are expected but information should be forth coming and not leave your users in the dark. please if you mean business, let's see it.
