CRUISER strategy: what do you think?

This Cruiser ppl is really amazing!!!!

1) DB2020 we wait so long
2) You are forced to buy new card: your old card is obsolete
3) You are forced to buy logs, no standalone solution...

well, is amazing for me how this pll make money....if they charge an update for a satndalone solution, well, i could consider, but paying to get new card? and pay to get logs? Why not charge half of price to upgrade my old card? In fact I´m not a new customers.... they put way ALL customers

GSM business is going down day by day.... such programers want to "take off milk from a rock" as we said in my country...

Very sad, but just my opinion...

Sorry i tech something Gsmbusineess is this not from 1 or 2 years but always, look the evolution of this years of protection and look how many time you wait for a solution, so if you are professional you have to understand how much work back to all gsmproducer and people work back, i also buy first Griffin first Fighter Tornado Martech first of all but tanks to good work of people as Andrei Saras Lead Gsmserver and all others we continue to work today so if you don't like to pay add on and pay for only 90 euro a solution go out of busineess it's not for you that want free forever, remember nothing is free forever and nothing is sure to be continue in Gsm so the risk is high but also profit if you work good.

sorry, but where you read me asking for something free? As you, I have JAF, Tornado, Cruiser, Smart-clip, Ultima, Martech, Grifin, Multi-box, USB-Smart, and all related GSM stuff too... i´m not sunday unlocker.... but I like money, as you and my customers too :-) So I like fair updates... 90euros for what? I didn´t complain about buying P-Key (I already had JAF) coz was a hw upgrade and protection....

The problem isn´t that friend..... problem is many ppl bought cruiser one week ago, few days ago, etc etc ... and now have to buy new card ??? that´s not fair... also me as resseler i have many pieces in stock all of them 06 and bought only few days ago noone warned me about all this neither my distributor whatsoever.... so are we all fools ??? what is the problem in adding some king of payed update and all ppl will be happy??? this marketing strategy is very very bad.... i will try to swap all my dongles with distributor ... but even thought will take some time to do so... loosing money in all this... all this things were not necessary

buy a newcard ??? sell old dongle ??? don´t understand this loll it´s not possible to put solucion in old cards and make payed server update ??

i can't understand why cruiser team doesn't make a upgrade...
maybe they can make a online update for 90 euros or a small price and several peoples will buy it.
They forgot that the entire world doens't live in europa/asia.
In brazil, if you pay all fees, a 90 euros product will be 220 euros...
I prefer buy SETOOL instead pay 90 euros for a smart card that it's the same i have here in my hands...
Maybe they need learn with others teams, like Vygis, how to sell activations...

I can understand who buy box one week two week ago, but who have form 6 months or years i think you need buy new one,
@fgl30 if you don't want buy don't buy that's all what's problem, think that new card Cruiser plus it's same as Pkey, so now choose but I think that will buy it who use cruiser from years (WITHOUt PAY ANY EXTRA FOR UPDATES) it's difficult that change.

Totaly correct ive had this years its little to pay realy . nothin to wine about

a few points:

cruiser made no significant updates for many many months. so this move should be expected.

if some one has "many piece" dongle in stock, who is not official reseller, then firstly this is your own fault!

i am sure official resellers have some deal with this kind of thing!

can you say to Bill Gates:

"hey Bill, i just purchased Microsoft Office XP 2002 for full price in january 2007, now you release Office 2007 in 3 months?, I want a refund man"

i dont think so man.

if you purchase an outdated piece of equipment, you should be expecting it to become obsolete soon...

The problem of Resellers and Distributors it's not ours this is their risk and who is reseller need to contact directly producer, who sell box and says "if you don't sell or change box we refund".

the guy is not a reseller, but he purchased a quantity of old cruiser dongle last week. for purpose of reselling (not officially).

now he cries cos his stock is out of date!

that is business friend, you took a risk of unauthorizedly selling boxes and now you loose

I happen to chat with Lead after my initial reaction and he honestly was in this situation not because of its commercial value to him, but purely because of the technical difficulties involved in making upgrades on to the old dongle.

he explained to me the pain in having to settle for this as the last option.
