dhru.com i paid support and no work


Hello, I bought store and reseller support and maintenance for my server.

First I spent 5 days with the server down and I can not install reseller store because I needed a dedicated IP.

I indicated to those who will buy because I can not find anywhere the requirements for it.

I had to change my hosting to a dedicated server and after another 5 days of inactivity has indicated to me that is already installed but now will not let me make any changes.

I can not remove the website maintenance mode, I can not change general settings, I can not change ... add credit customers ...

By sending more messages that do not answer, always the next day. When I asked again answer something and I'll have to wait another day more.

I'm pretty disappointed with the support received. Very slow.

My clients began to request refunds because they can not offer service and if it takes longer than I may be forced to close my business.

There are already 10 days total downtime for our customers.

Excuse my English but only speak Spanish and use google translator.

I would appreciate if someone can help me solve my problem or contact support dhru as their ticket system is very slow.

as indicated, I was told later they were up files to the server again and when finalized would return to work.

Look again times, seems it will touch me wait one more day ... and that is still not working.

well I keep telling my experience.

I had indicated support was updating the files and was in process. Once again work completed script.

What it is my surprise I've looked at the date of modification of files nothing changed since yesterday.

This already seems like a joke. I'll wait until tomorrow if I will not complain to paypal.

We still await a response from dhru.

For now we are receiving more support to solve our problem by users and other script.

Hopefully dhru at least an explanation of its poor support.

Continuous with the problem without any answer.

asleep seems to take six days.

I'm by solving myself because all my clients are very angry.

A total of 11 days without service, only to install reseller store.

I paid reseller store and support and as a result have succeeded not work my server.

They are really asleep. a month and 10 day waiting my design

and the end is not compatible with mobile or with Tablet.

in the first he put a theme of another server (not unique) , only cut and

paste and after 20 complaints , I had to tell them what to do to

my design one by one , really supporte 0 communication: short

effectiveness nothing. and now i still waiting to make it compatible with

phone and tablet.

he said 24 hrs but 3 days have passed

hi thanks for your contribution.

There seems to be most affected by poor support Dhru.

I think if we start working soon put a collective dispute paypal between all affected users.

Dhru is what more expensive and lousy support.

These days I received more help from other script completely free to all who gave me dhru time I work with them.

Better to make the complaint for return of money to paypal because seem it is normal for them these days, only reply fast when they want take your money, and then go back to sleep!

thank you very much, really that great, a friend told them to explain my situation and response in minutes.

All I have in mind for future projects and of course now I have since given themselves a few more hours before claiming to paypal.

He said something like that happens to Level 2 support.

I also problems with them and take time to answer three days at the end a friend recommended not to buy dhru to buy better gsmgenie or nakshsoft but decided dhru and I'm very sorry many failures

I'm affected too. It is really a poor service, don't work properly , don't responden the inquirys ,this is not a good service.
Please, find a solution for this inconveniente.
