First time using their service to unlock iPhone 4 (unlocking service 1-21days) only took them 5days to complete (very satisfaction)
My second time for iPhone 5 (unlocking service 1-21days) paid on the 10th June/2014 their submitted approval on the 13th and until now I still hasn't received my unlocking yet,

I have email them 5 times regarding the delay although their respond is very formal and polite but still this is very very disappointed since its has been over 40 days now. Has anyone ever experience the vast delay of these unlocking services? if so what do you guyz do, or what should I do in these case?

I have refunded in full back to my customer already but digitalunlocking won't and can't refund me due to their policy I have accepted before the buying process. Very very disappointed.

also this web service Site Maintenance
only check imei details almost 9 days before they proccess and the result > REJECTED.

beware all cheater's that get money from our own pocket.they not deserve for trust.
