Hi, once again i have problems with this guy, i sent him 105 euro for a Vodafone SP iPhone unlock.
I was waiting like a moth for the unlock, and it was not done; last time i asked him he told me if its not done for tomorrow then its cancelled.

Next day checked and wasn't done, so i asked the unlock with other friend, after 3-4 days iPhone was unlocked.

When i requested him to refund me, he told me he unlocked the iPhone when he told me that if wasn't done next day then its cancelled.

Now he claims that he unlocked the iPhone, when he didn't unlocked the iPhone.

Now he refuses to payme or unlock other phones with that money, not even reply my messages.

This guys is not so serious at all.

This is the last time i ask my refund cause its like 3 months since the problem.

Otherwise you will be listed as cheater and i will take legal actions against you. Been far not mean i can't do it

You didn't unlocked this iPhone you know its unlocked cause you have checked after i ask you to refund me.
I have proof i unlocked with unlockking.net and he is the one who unlocked the phone not you.

After 2 months??? Are mad or what???? i Have been trying to contact you but you never reply so you force to make this public.

The same day i unlocked the iPhone with unlockking.net i asked you to refund me and you told "what you want to refund me, i unlocked that iPhone" and then send me log of iPhone checker. When i already unlocked the phone

Remember you clearly told me if its not done until tomorrow then its cancelled.

It was not done next day so that means it was cancelled and when i asked you what happened you never reply me as you always do. Becuase you can't threat a customer.

PD: You must assist to an intensive course how to threat customer and why your customer is important.

also u can ask others that when 1 imei is in process on voda spain we cant cancel that in any case

we have to pay for that

I think the word cheating is perfectly used here.
Vodafone sp are done in 5 days top. If after that period it is not done it is because it wasn't processed in the first time.
I have done A LOT of vodafone Sp. Do not try to BS here.

This is not my fault i asked unlock on other place cause u did not unlocked the phone and you told me it was cancelled if it was not done.

YOU clearly told me "If it's not done until tomorrow then it's cancelled". It was not done the next day so that's why i requested unlock on other place.

In other words you are cheating me 105 euro because you didn't unlock the phone and when i requested you a refund all you did is check the IMEI status with iPhone checker and as you found out it was unlocked you claimed you did it.

You should have ask for the refund BEFORE trying on another server. Now these kind of guy will always says that he has done it.
Vodafone are paid in advance, but after 4 days you always get your money back, so he is not loosing any money because I don't think he ever asked for the service.
