Only 2 Main Reasons Their Support cant reply or Give u files i ask many times for single dump bt no reply or just say use search i search many time bt no files 1 is available bt it also password protected.......

I also ask for help on some models their same reply use search button i search n follow all above bt then also not done..

if i have to do all why they r here??....

In all manual we can only see riff dashboard not the mobile on tester or reporter hand usb put in or not, power to b pressed or not,file source,use soldering or cable

So update ur self riff team...

one more big reason clone boxes r on market..........

Hello,

Because was a split within the RIFF team, the new web page manufacturer provided to us for support is www.riffsupport.com where have instructions for support, download files and updates.

The last updates 1.50 and 1.51 made from Legija servers will affect ALL the RIFF BOX (Legija side is killing ALL RIFF BOX claiming this are clones). Each team fix their boxes they sold.

Since you are our client, we provide this solution from the manufacturer to repair your box in case this was affected.

i don't think that there is a split riff team
because i still recieve updates and if there was a split more boxes would be blocked
the cloner is just saying that to you so that he doesn't need to pay you back or if your one of the cloner than you just don't want to pay back you clients

most over smart team.clone boxes getting update from server for long time and smartest guy of galaxy was sleeping.

they never answer in straight way.you must be master of jtag before buying riff.

I was interested to buy it, but I will not. The first thing I want for a product is the support. Never let customers with questions without solution.

riff is so complicative then other box many user face server problem cannot update box software firmware i buy last month riff box changed vpn copmuter disable antivirus many mobile i tried connect to riff not connected but other box connect like easy box i also tried with riff bix please riff box team make easy and user friendly
