1.check his forum user name join date 2.check his use full post 3.check tnx meter 4.search in google and forum by his user name and web name.(by this way you will get some positive and negative info) 5.check his market feed back 6.check his price 7.always compare present market price with some seller( price should be difference 5-10 usd 8.if someone accept 50% payment mean he will cheat 99% 9.if you get to much cheap and he trying to show he is real source mean you will be a fish. source have no time to deal with single job 10.if you have any senior friend in this field better to ask about any seller before deal. by this way you will get info 11.finally you can can post in marketfeed back to learn about him. 12.always try to make small deal.don't trust someone first time best of luck for all.be safe in online and happy unlocking without tension  | |
