I have a problem my site and admin does not open from 02/26/2013

i send Urgency ticket to DHRU
and pay ( new access to support and maintenance )
to now no one replay me , I lose every day my work

i use GRAPHYNE and takes only money 1700 USD and no answer to my email or support tickets

and dont want to refund money
lokk at my bad experience

i think supportallgsm need help
may be you didn't understand his problem
yes , home page opening well but when you log in to dashboard and press place order you will not can't open page i think problem come from there is no /

this is small example
and other page not work too as or order history and Clint area
yes he paid for support and maintenance service but he lost many chance to earn many
you must remember time is money and we need online support chat not ticket that you not give us fast replay

Dhru script is best but he have big customer base so sometime can be delay for the answer but if your server down or very urgent issue just sms him personally he will solve it instant, he also care about us its my experience with him last time i had big issue with my site i just sms him he solved my problem very fast thanks for that night help

I'm just wondering why need to wait 1 or 2 DAYS to get answer from SUPPORT. after having other problem need to wait other 1-2 days, total :maybe in one week the TICKET will be resolved.
Anyone from DHRU could check the ticket pleasse??? Is there anybody??
