yes. but you need sign a contract for 2 or 3 years with the operator.

Not true!

You can go to o2 shop and get them without contract. You are only allowed to buy one per customer, and you have to pay on credit/debit card!

Dont beleive me?

Go there and try it, or ring them and ask!
