Furious Gold Poor Customer Service?? I have recently opened a new store and was hoping to offer unlock services as well. As any store owner would do, I started small with plans to take profits and expand using FG services (I will have 3 stores plus many more I support). I placed an order Jan. 18th and have only received the initial automated emails saying I would receive an email with tracking once shipped. Since this time, I have emailed numerous times and the "live chat" is never available. So as a last resort I am posting here to see if anyone else has had a similar issue? I'm hoping its something simple and my product is actually on the way as I have read good things. 17488 is my order number in the case a staff member is active on the boards. I am considering disputing through paypal and going with another source for my unlocking needs. Thoughts? |
