Member: 934589 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Furious Gold Poor Customer Service?? I placed an order Jan. 18th and have only received the initial automated emails saying I would receive an email with tracking once shipped. Since this time, I have emailed numerous times and the "live chat" is never available. So as a last resort I am posting here to see if anyone else has had a similar issue? I'm hoping its something simple and my product is actually on the way as I have read good things. 17488 is my order number in the case a staff member is active on the boards. I am considering disputing through paypal and going with another source for my unlocking needs. Thoughts? |
