In other thread they asked to contact my reseller. But i dont have more guarantee. I feel really dissapointed with UB Team. I loosing money. And they dont do anything. WHAT Can we do on this case.? Ask for user to sign some request asking to ub team fix this issue? Best regard Rushwhq |

Member: 8879 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.84016 Thanks Meter: 327 | As with most devices nowadays, you only get 6month warranty, BUT when the issue is a KNOWN problem that still hasnt been fixed ( and looks like they havent even bothered try to fix it) then that is a liberty. Especially when the box compared to other better devices is that much more expensive. They are the greediest team on the market, even taking over from Griffin team, and that takes some doing, and they have easily the worst support (yes, even worse than HWK team) Be careful users, if you slag off UB team, they have started blocking ppl's boxes for it too!!! Member: 172399 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 203 | Sorry, but im really angry with this team... I WILL NEVER BUY ANY BOX WITH A BATTERY INSIDE, Like Universalbox... Itīs a shame this happened to so many buyers that did the latest updating at the box. Of course they ought to do something since it is a very expensive unit and we should get together to make the claim. Apart of loosing the box you all are loosing money for not being able to unlock. Who will reimburse such lost? Itīs amazing their peaceful position and the Forum really has to do something together with the manufacturer. Good luck |
