merici Freak Poster Join Date: May 2012 Location: hong kong Age: 51 Posts: 114 Member: 1756148 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 11	ways of preventing paypal cheater i has been using paypal for more than 10 years, would like to share the points of using paypal and dealing with the cheater. 1. send the goods only to the paypal registered address, not other third party address unless the buyer is really confirmed reliable enough. 2. search the email address of the buyer's paypal account, if there was ever happened any fraud or bad comments full online or in other reliable forums, then, pls request the passport scanning from the buyer, which is a solid reason of needing it. 3. for dealing with those chargeback paypal, else of putting here, also put to the other forums too, report to paypal, state into other web 2.0 platform group such as facebook.
