Wat I think is that once they earn your money, they dun even give a damn to you after that. I alway had to chase them for things. They are famous for sending faulty things. Can you imagine, I buy so many clips from them and all is faulty. This time the shipping is the biggest and they took my money and NEVER SENT MY GOODS. I try to contact them for 2 weeks but they dun seem to care and dun even wish to refund my $$$. Avoid this company unless you wish to invite troubles and cause headache for yourself..

As a Chinese,I've never heard the company.Guangzhou Tianmu is the best instrument manufacturer In China.Their main product called One Port very good,and have a very big sales volume

hehe, products fromTian mu is For Chinese market, friend. Foreign people has nothing to do with TIAN MU TONG. Don't advertise here. don't think you know much about TIANMU'S PRODUCTS.
The quality of the products from Tian Mu is good. but too old. Actually, they are professional at training people.

STill have not received my the other items nor my $$$ from Greattop yet. I email them so many times and the speed of them reply to your email is like 3-4 days time. They promised to send my shippment since last week until now also no from them.. Very disappointed in the way they does their business.. For this deal it been drag over a mth until now also have not settle it.. *Sigh*

I regular deal with and order from Greattop, I assume you deal with Grace,

I also have had a few delays in receiving parcels i have ordered,
However, They always arrive.
I do know that they changed courier service not too long ago which caused a lot of problems..

I for one, Recomend them 100%,

I deal with b4 also but this time really take too long already. Where got delay for 2 mths?? Anyway they said its already sent so see how cos still had not receive the tracking no yet. Also waiting for them to send back the balance of the amount.
