I sent of return. them newly yesterday Friday they were contacted with I crumb. saying that they would send the substitution. I am waiting. when it arrives. I will count them like I finish. ok. |

I comment them the following thing. newly August 08 arrive the two replacement clip... and they won't believe me. one of them arrives bad. believe me!!! it cannot be that they blindfold things without proving. THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS. THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT GOOD DEALERS. THEY SELL AS SELLING POTATOES WITHOUT RIGHTS TO CLAIM. THEY DON'T GIVE SUPPORT AND ATTENDANCE TO THE CLIENT. I recognize that they sent me of substitution the two bad. but after as much as time. when he/she gave him the desire? they don't stay in contact. if they have a lot of people that to assist should increase their personnel of attendance to the client. don't they believe?. when one this making commercial treatment, they respond at once. one sees one he/she sends the money they respond when they want.. They ARE NOT CHEATS but THEY ARE NOT GOOD DEALERS. for people that want to make business with them accent my history so that they evaluate. if somebody wants to know but of this asks me. @evilspell Thank you evilspell to help me, when writing to them. |

Miss Grace has been a great assistance to us.. whenever someting is wrong or missing they ship those goods in the next order free of charge. They also give us samples often without any charge.. I wrote to them that you/they tell me because I pass that. and sincerely to my he/she gives me also again shame to say that they are bad their products. talves is damaged in the trip. but I pay for 3 good products. of which I obtained 2 at the end of all my alone history good. the other bad. me when it begins negotiation to close treatment we made it quick. but one sees he/she sent money, they didn't respond me to my queries. they made it when they wanted. seemingly. sincerely I planned to buy several solutions but of them. but for that seen I don't have the trust.. I sit down it for them... my history this counted one analyzes it |

I do belive in you.. and in fact sometimes some of our products do arrive damaged, but they always had fixed them on other shippments. But in fact it's a litle strange that they do not reply to you.. Haven't they told you to ship the goods back to them in order to substitute them ? |

Member: 33057 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | si usted lee mis post anteriores y en otro que escribi. explico casi todo. yo compre 3 clip. de los cuales solo 1 llego bien. los otros 2 malos. entonces informe de ese problema costo que me respondan se demoraron mucho. entonces ellos me dicen que envie de retorno los malos. yo desconfie un poco ya que se demoraron en retornar y le dije que envio uno malo y cuando ellos me hagan la devolucion de los dos. enviare el otro. y asi fue. envie de retorno uno malo. paso mucho tiempo creo que mas de 1 mes. y me enviaron los dos de reemplazo. pero cuando llegaron nuevamente uno de ellos esta malo. yo grave video de eso cuando probe y todo para que no duden. y ellos no me respondieron. como dije anteriormente a mi me da un poco de verguenza decirle nuevamente que me llego malo su producto. yo le dije que si no me respondian durante 2 días habiles para ver que hacer. que lo dejemos asi. y eso aparentemente paso. no me respondieron nuevamente y yo me quede con 2 clip buenos y 2 malo. pero asi son algunos negocios. no siempre se gana. analice esto y vea la otra cara de la medalla. |

I buy 3 clip. of those which alone 1 arrive well. the other 2 bad. then report of that problem cost that you/they respond me took a long time a lot. then they tell me that he/she sent of return the bad. I distrusted a little since they took a long time in returning and I told him that one sends bad and when they make me the refund of both. I will send the other one. and it was this way. send of return one bad. step a lot of time believes that but of 1 month. and they sent me the two of substitution. but when they arrived again one of them this bad. me serious video of that when I proved and everything so that they don't doubt. and they didn't respond me. as I said previously to my he/she gives me some shame to tell him again that I arrive me bad their product. I told him that if they didn't respond me during 2 skilled days to see that to make. that we leave this way it. and that seemingly step. they didn't respond me again and I keep good 2 clip and 2 bad. but they are this way some business. it is not always won. |
