hi!

i bought universal box dongle yesterday.
i sent the money through by paypal. but gsmserver refund the money.
so, i ordered the new one. i sent the money(362.37$)
the money accepted and transfer was completed.
i logged in www.gsmserver.com today. but i saw a message 'not paid'
i controlled the my paypal acoount. 362.37$ had been accepted by gsmserver.
i talked to george (sales chat). and i told the situation.
he said that check your email address. i checked it. but there isnt any email from gsmserver. after that, i talked to Andreas (sales chat). i told the situaiton.
he said that check your paypal email. i check it. yes there were emails. i read it and told him. he said that he dont accept money through paypal to send the item to TURkey. if i live in US, he will send the item to my address. but i live in TURkey. i registered to www.gsmserver.com by my address in TURkey.
i use paypal cause it is very secure. i shopped from www.handy-style.de for several times. and no problem. but gsmserver is problem. i talked to George again (sales chat). i said : how can i get the universal box dongle or get the money back? if you will not send the universal box dongle, you send my money back. neither my money back nor my box send??? why???

For sure bruv, GSMserver are not cheaters. They are very good, and helpful people.

May I ask though, why are you having problems purchasing from them?

i wanna buy boxes. i order then i send money by paypal.
but andreas said that only in US it is acceptable by paypal.
i use paypal for months and never got a problem.
i got problem with www.gsmserver.com only.

I know them personally and deal with them many times. very trustable so this must be some sort of missunderstanding.
