gsm-trader declined my order how could i refund the money,i don't no why gsm-trader declined my order i pay 220 euro on paypal
they don't say anything why. and how they refund my money...hope nlogomaster read this or somebody help me from gsm-trader

yes i think that's what they called 4digits to encode from the bank statement to your paypal account, check that once your receive the copy. just wait for it before you can make another transaction.
