Why are you not answering my emails. I placed an order with you over a week ago asking for the traking number of my order but you do not reply.

Hi, it is very hard to help you if you do not write your name or order number. If you have successfully placed an ordered 1 week, your tracking number will already appear in your order details. Just log in and check the number there.

Ok will do that, buy the way i do not belive you are cheaters as you have been recomended by trusted friends. Nummbers are as follows #586 and #850. Also would like to do future busseness with you.

the probelm is that users are ordering "postal delivery" paying 3 euro for delivery, and asking for DHL tracking number....

if some one know any DHL, FEDEX, UPS which do ship for 3 euro from Hong Kong to overseas, please let me know, maybe i am missing something.

If you pay 3 euro, you can't expect getting goods in 2-3 days, this is very clear stated on www.gsm-traders.com also about your CAPS and posting in cheater section, i not like this kinds of game at all. In your case you have paid fast delivery, i just said the things above as example.
I will also check with staff what is problem with mail answering... Maybe i am too soft boss

One order though DHL and other by post. Did not expect number for post as you say take risk espesially for low amount. But as orders where made close to gether I asked for possibilty of putting both orders into one DHL order as total contence where below 0.5 Kg and wellcome to keep 3 EUR for extra work. However recived no responce. Therefore assumed packages where sent separatly. However in the middel of last week I did email again for Tracking number of DHL pakage as was promised on your site, still no answer. My order number via DHL was #350 and I paid exactly € 30.48 for it. I do relise you do not get nout for nout in this game.
But would be happier if one could have a dialog as it is common bussiness
sens to be confident with those who reply in time and to have continue
bussiness relations. I hope that you will look into the matter raskel as it is very imortant to have smooth bussiness transactions. Interseb said he will look into matter as well.

I have recived the goods as promised. I think this a lesson to every body is that one must not jump to conclusions instead leave a message on the forum or email the parties concernered. Not call then cheaters.
