Hi,

I recently order a Universal Sim from your website and have not recieved a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number yet. The order status page on your website shows that the order is "complete". Please advise me of the status of my order.

I have the same problem. Can gsm-traders really be trusted? They don't answer any emails.

GSM Traders.com are vey trusted business people. Its good that you just asked a question and not accused. You will soon get the response from them. As Uni sim is the only one who first unlock iPhone 3G, there are many orders and supply is a bit slow due to huge demand. So kindly be patient and you will get what you ordered.
