we inform u that we have new customer support service with affective from today.

since site Administrator cannot handle all jobs we decided to start new dedicated customer support from today by appointing a new service managers



Customer service Manager


New manager now will handle the following issues as stated below.

* Bugs Report

* Change Hosting

you can expect a response time within 24-72hours maximum

incase you are sending payment using paypal,westernuion,moneygram,bank transfer

concering awaitng response on support tickets,emails overdue we shall respond all within 72hours maxmium.

its is recommended to report all future supported related enquiry to our manager only. only for emergency need to contact site admin.

please do not send multiple emails to concerning same problem to manager and admin. this will buy u serious delay and result in late response.

Same as old look....its better to have forum exclusive only for clients..for this setup support team can make sticky post about solutions.and also genie users can discause and share thier ideas..can help to guide also for common problems.,
