i am not friend of saimen19, just deal with this guy before, can sure he is trusted, not a cheater cuz he offer me pay after for ATT premium and we have no payment issues during the cooperation period.

sometimes service delayed nobody can guaranteed that, it happens especially service not stable in these days.
