Order details, 1450250553 2017-12-05 till now 2 months not solved //in accordance with postal regulations, a consignment remains the property of the sender until it has been delivered in conformity with the addressee. I invite you to get closer to your sender to ask him to file a claim with his postal operator since he is the only one entitled to a possible compensation in case of loss, degradation, spoliation, unwarranted return or erroneous delivery of sending.// We have already contact many times with GsmServer Online Store and local post France and Sweden Post concerning our package not received (Order details, 1450250553 Original number:RE802429165SE Local number:7T00198233334) but the reply was negative, unfortunately they cannot do anything in this case. All of them shirk their responsibility. So we have no choice to post new thread here directly, we hope you can understand our frustration, as customers, we paid but did not receive the goods. It’s not our fault. And we wasted an uncalculated time! We have been very tired, in theory, the seller GsmServer must deal with this situation, as a buyer, we really helpless, too tired, We are very disappointed. Please see all the attached documents. We can provide all further documents. Ex chat msg/ call recording/… we request to mods to check the details and help us to solve the problem. I certainly wouldn't want to find myself in this situation! Gsmserver - please investigate - as a sender it's up to you to make a complaint. If they claim it was delivered then you may ask for the copy of the signature. Maybe they simple delivered it to the wrong address (happened to me way too many times that it should - sometimes even to wrong city!). Gsmserver has a great name and reputation in this business and I don't see a reason for that to change. |
