and your problem started on 8-Aug-2011 (as above you posted)
so you can not block my card, it is not fair!

I already posted, you block card only which haven't paid you, not all card from that reseller, (I am not pointing only Hala but all your reseller) it is bad point for your business mx team.

Best you keep unblocked all old user card and don't involve your user, you and your reseller that is you two only, not user, (you can blocked card those are haven't paid yet and still in warranty so user can solve it with reseller)

according to My Opinion,Credit sale have too Much Problem,and Now in this situation,No One taking Responsibility of End User Loss,need clear strategy about Cheater Reseller/Distributor

Here my question to them who give credit to reseller or distributor

When user purchase any tool / box / dongle from any official reseller / distributor . then why he suffer after that for your credit policy . What is his fault / he don't know that the reseller paid for it or not .

You will need to answer ATF customers why was blocked and the answer will be

Because of this credit policy you also loosing your business , end user suffering .

Why not doing any clear strategy about it ?

good question here, but i wonder if manole can answer.... the only think he would say is end users should claim their money back.. i wonder if reseller will pay bck the same amount we bought it since 2years ago...

If Manole cared about end users he would not kill jaf boxes, pkeys, mxkey dongles, hti green and yellow... Nothing personal but hti was my first nad last box i have bought from this supporter. I dont like the policy take money and dont care

Done with them deals in past 8 years and no problem.
Even admin AboAli said to me personally to not worry.

It seems he change his line.

dont you guys get it. manole sells the boxes in good faith, he dosent get paid by the guy who is half way round the world. the only action he can take is to black list the boxes in hope the end user will all start asking the reseller why is his box not working that he paid good money for. its not manole at fault here, its halas. hes being paid in full but not past any moneys on that is owed.
