Hello

Please Clear Ur Debits now, i send him $890 by Western Union and before i deals with him
i ask him clearly whether he can refund if imei cannot be done & he said yes. so after the max
turnaround time only 1 imei done and 4 was cancel, then he promise to refund me tommorrw after..
till now he's delaying my refund with false promise that he will refund in 2hrs,his friends will send
payment, that he's already move the payment to Gsmpay & admin will send in few hrs but after that he will
tell me that he have big problem.
hassan if u have problem refunding ur clients then why did u accept payment advance?
i have tried all my best to contact him on skype but he's giving me false promise which he won't fullfil after the time he given me. i have no other choice than to post him in forum because other two member have also had
problem with him which he solve later

i have proof of every chat on skype

i Inform him he will contact you soon the problem is paypal in his country not have paypal option

but any way he will contact soon and reply here

And i think there is no issue with me .
Also get Compansassion for delayed orders
