- Reseller has nothing to do with cradits lose. He has given you logs now It up to, how to use them how much takes from customer ; ) reseller will not ask you if you took fr0m customer 20euro or whatever...
- We cannot guarantee the success in case your cable problem.
- Many phones are already repaired by our service without any pb. Use search button.
- About your error it means you have bad cable and there will be NO REFUND, in case pb is from your side, understand ?
- we are NOT here to eat your 10log, next time before do anything USE search button in our official forum all are explained well..

This is 100% true.
But GT could make a very easy solution for this problems. store in some kindof XML database the imei numbers.

unlock procedure start. if (is imei in database? OR is GT credits >= required?){
if (unlock success == 0 for that imei) then redo job(on that imei).
}
else exit

The lost of logs with cable error is not problem of resellers, thats a well know thing in mt section, fonec is relaible and trusted person and he cant give back logs lost via cable problem, have to talk to griffin team on this they are the only one who can give back logs if problem not via server.
