the simple logic are this " IF THAT WAS PREMIUM OR OFFICIAL WHY STILL DEVICE ARE IN CONTRACT? THE OWNER WILL COMPLAINT IF THEY NOT REMOVE THE PENDING BALANCE ON HIS ACCOUNT FOR SURE

Hi, maybe you are new to unlocking .. so maybe you dont understand how its done ..

for most unlocks via carrier, its done from someone who has a contact working inside the company and unlocking it and authorizing it.

but yea ofcourse if u went to try to go the carrier and unlock it they will not, but still its done thru their system. .
so its not done in worldwide. its done officially.
