there is no update & installation problem for old ufshwk box . mine is working fine from 7 years till now

don't know what is d problem of yours , new ufs add some more feature cause old box doesn't support those feature due to hardware restriction .

There's some problem that the team is hiding from and delting the post
which points to that problem in HWK Server status and installation etc.
