sorry sir its not possible we block or suspend any one website license with this way
its personal deal between both of you

we also need to follow our website terms where client able to use website life time once pay for website license even without renew support and updates so due to our terms we are not in foam of action on any website

i suggest you do setup active account manually and verify about user before active his account with search username email etc on google and gsmhosting

follow these steps for setup user active manually Settings >> Users (tab) >> New Clients Sign in Automatically : NO

and i think you told me personally yesterday night he open dispute on money of some box or tools activation payment contact to your credits reseller of that tool may be he will help you with block his tool

why do u ask to block the website
If u got any issues u should have emailed the admin email id at the site

find wab owner datalis ask mods to list him chiter if he is member and , post more info proofs screanshots etc'
