As a website owner (you), you are talking a kind of mad. This is normal that may not happen if the API services connected to API server and the API server's server not have enough funds, it may happen this? You should report us, we fix, that's very simple and, what is WhatsApp conversations you are showing here? We completely wanna say to all, that we do not have any messenger support as we do prefer to get support as we mentioned in our web.

dont insist your garbage policy mr professional, in the first place look at the screen shot you answered me like this "Hi" "Let Me Check" Etc,, after several days there's nothing update from you! its hard for you to say to your client that there's a problem in API, Supplier,Website Etc,? so that i can explain to my client that there's a problem... the problem with you, you accept all orders even there's a problem in your services. and its very difficult for you to request that you will reject my order so that i will reject also to my client.

as far as i know forum have own rules and all website that making advertisement and use this forum for thier sales must follow the rules of main sales.
especially to the team with own section here.

Keep in mind you didnt pay the section to violate forum rules!

i think this rules are no exemptions and must applied to everyone.

so its clear your policy is useless and you should force to follow what rules here in forum,else you are violating forum rules and its unfair if forum will agree to your policy that thesame as you kidnap your all clients that they force to use credits even they want to quit just because they not happy to work with you anymore..

now the question is Why you dont want to Refund?
you will not loose if you do this for sure,instead you give all people assurance that they are safe if they will do business with you because you deserve.

hi if you really care you customer especially web owner.you must inform first about delayed services,unstable etc. since they have clients also ARE waiting..

We did not apply any garbage policy if that garbage for you that you agreed yet. WhatsApp or any messenger is of ours is nothing as official support rather we declared our proper support system. If you have got any response from WhatsApp or any of our messengers, that you got an optional support and that's we do not care what was considered in messenger actually due to we do not have WhatsApp support. You did not come here for any refunds, you come here with a satanic attitude. You should look #43 more information.

Yes, we obviously care, but we do not provide any official messenger support. A single user connected with the same issue while we temporarily offline/inactive and knocking 5-6 places to looking his solution or something else. the difference between us you are big cheater period.

all i want is to refund my credits thats it... its hard for you to understand that?
thats my money not yours.. why you force the client if he dont want to transact with you? if you're professional enough refund my credits to stop this issue. i dont want to transact you anymore.

then give it to him. this is very simple. anytime can be done in less than a day.

when customer don't like your service anymore then set him free.

no need to argue anymore, because it will lead only to bad conclusion.

Where is mod why dont he get this simple issue get the guy refund that is his hard earn no body should keep it if is not happy with service give him refund and say good luck to him instaed off keeping his money what will imeisource will do if some one keep his money like that? How will u feel? Put your self in that place and think?

Im also posting this bad experience of mine with IMEI SOURCE

We are not just making story or bad accusation here, We have evidence to prove and back up our story. I hope admin and moderators of this forum will do actions to them. (IMEI SOURCE) Im not interested with my remaining funds with you guys, as i already mention to you IMEI Source...it's my donations when you are...you know hehe

2. Now IMEI SOURCE keep on repeating about their RULES...ofcourse we know how the rules works. We are not dumb enough not to know how to contact you...i'ts either by your CONTACT US, TICKET, WHATSAPP and EMAILS, but sad to say all of this means of contact are useless, NO REPLY, NO ACTIONS, INAPPROPRIATE ACTIONS, LIES AND FAKE PROMISES. this is what we get from you. And again i will be QUOTED here by your RULES hahaha, we are not kids, we are not playing here.

Please check on the dates of orders (ENCIRCLED)



3. This a sample of UNPROFESSIONAL ACTIONS from them "REJECTED for how many weeks, months of delays. So this is their ANSWER to your TICKET. Delayed for months then the result is CANCELLED??? Oh boy..Very good tactics huh. They will repeat this again and again untill we came here to expose.
