It will not relocked if done under proper service. The wifi updating method and all is simply because it was done under ww service. @Mohsin bro don't submit to source who cannot refund if imei relocked again.

I had problem with T-Mobile Austria some IMEIs relocked.
I did many IMEIs with my direct source but suddenly the problem appeared.

Now after I checked 2-3 imeis all were Product Version 6.XX or 7.XX and after relock and GSX check again they were Product Version 8.XX already

And I can tell some people that are suspecting here that IMEIs were unlocked using WW service, that I don't have GSX, nor I do know how WW unlocking works at all.

And assure you that none of the iPhone 4 that I did unlocked were having the problem, because the iPhone 4 cannot be upgraded further than 7.XX version

i have received iphone 4s , customer says his phone is unlocked and he was using it with all available networks
but as he updated iphone to IOS8 , now this phone is stuck on activation screen
and with sim inserted connect to itunes shows simcard not supporetd
please help me for this issue i need guidance

Yes I agree that for this you need to activate your phone over wifi instead with itunes. So always remember that when you are unlocking phone always use wifi method not with itunes.

You can update using wi-fi over your phone it won't cause any problem but once u try to update it via itunes it will be relocked for sure.

If you Move iOS7 to iOS8 Over WIFI then no issues , but if you use ITUNES then sure phone will be stuck with current network sim card or Locked ( This is BUG in ITUNES For Sure ) .

about WW Relock Policy : when WW unlocking done its not actually unlocking its same re-locking or Change Next Tether Policy on your IPHONE to Network which is not selling Sim-Locked phones

Like many Networks DO NOT Locked Phones Like Most Networks ( Australia , Switzerland , India , and Some More country ) . or the easy way is lock Phone to EMEA or Other Continental service and then unlock with that Easy

and after some time phone again back to original Policy ( How & Why still no one know because Source tell all after few weeks of work when they did 1st Time and from then ALL People Sell UNDER NO Warranty FOR RELOCK )
