Thumbs down Z3X - What's Going On?


Anyone have any idea what's going on with Z3X Team? I have posted there many times and been ignored or deleted.
I bought an LG Activation anout 6 weeks ago and still waiting for it to activate. I'm sure I'm not the only one as I have seen quite a few threads in a similar vein. All have same problem, reseller forwards serial number to Z3X and gets no responce and activation doesn't happen. This has gone on for about 6 weeks with countless attempts by my reseller.
The team otherwise seems to be very professional but a total lack of communication is getting me worried, any opinions?

Better post info who is your reseller ?
This will help more the team of Z3X.

Thanks for responses guys but I have every faith in my reseller, I deal with him on a weekly basis. The fact that I have seen a few with same problem in Z3X section, I honestly can't believe that problem lies with him. MY worry is that Z3X Team delete the threads not respond to them.
Otherwise the box is perfect, picks up the Samsung updates, downloads and installs them no problem.
I guess I'll just have to be patient.

How can they respond if there is no problem between you and Z3x team. Talk with your reseller. There is problem. :]

I had same situation 1yr ago, and sorted with my reseller.

As far as I believe reseller has done his bit and as I said in OP, have seen a few with same problem.
Agreed there is no problem between me and the team but there does seem to be a problem with their admin.
