IP Address: 92.232.241.46 Stole 2200 Of My MTPRO Logs

Hi,

IP address: 92.232.241.46 stole 2200 of my MTPRO logs (to activate BB5+ accounts on the MTbox's below). Below is an extract of e-mails between myself and Griffin team support (who were and are still being very helpful to find the identity of the theft):

Can anyone tell me the exact location of the IP address: 92.232.241.46 and/or the internet provider for that address?
