IPMART cheats...they sell useless products - GSM-Forum

Becarefull everybody, www.ipmat.com is selling useless products. I bought from them Smartkey a few days ago to unlock LG phones but in item descrition they do not say that it is a DEAD product with NO SUPPORT. I am also Rating product so other people do not buy that crap and not waste money but people from IPMART do not write my review. Advice, just ask many times before buying something from them and also search in many forums, not only on this one, cos admin from products DELETE posts.

IPMART Company is not to be blamed for the situation.It is not their fault. I am really sorry for the existing situation and apologizing to everyone who had any inconveniences because of Smart Key. The program now is being re- created for several days from the start, all soft and server will be re- built once again . There was a mistake during the last upadate, we admit it, that's why we made the decision to write the soft once again from the beginning so that the situation that is happening now will not happen in the future. As soon as we test it and make it completely correct, we will support customers with automatic update of the keys. There will be about 40 GB of flashes added to the server. Please, be patient, it has to take some time. I am honestly apologizing everybody for all inconveniences once again.

Hell bro the impart is very good company in world and very responsible team
Ip mart sale all products like usb smart griffin box 2 other old products also new
U can’t blame because every one know usb smart have no more support and also other old tools
Ip mart have big stock for all items so bro if u want buy any tool first do some search about your tool
Then buy I hope u understand

I am customer iPmart and I never had problems sees this company as a company would be that respects for their customers.

@enrocas: It is YOUR responsability to know what you are buying. If they sold clones as original or so, then yeah, it would be their fault, but this is not the case.

I have spent more than 1000 euros in less than 4 months on gsm equipment (boxes) i have bought from them, and had no problems.

Please, think it twice before blaming someone, and try to contact reseller (email, phone) instead of leaving reviews.

@SmartKey.eu: and why you did not post the real situation of software in this forum and the other one?, I posted many times in two forums and never get an answer, looks like a dead project that is why many users and me feel cheated

@Bi0H4z4rD , of ocurse that It is my responsability, but If you do not get right info from seller and, the most important, If you do not get real info from forums because posts are deleted, what can I do?, go to producer house and ask in person. I bought many thing from Ipmart since long time ago and never have problems with them and I know they are trustable and I am sure this problem will be solved but it is also their responsability to write right description of product. I do not want my money back, i just want from them to let me ship it back and change for other product just what you would do if you buy something that does not work.

I agree with you, but problem is of "Products Supporters"

IPMART nothing has to have with this, even because they would not be capable to describe all the information of a product, a time that commercializes many of them!
