| jackmate90 / jack.mate75 SCAMMER! The user on this forum jackmate90 is a scammer! I can show proof to an admin/moderator if they would like. I have 3 days worth of chat logs with lie after lie, and proof that I delivered the service but did not get paid the full amount due! On Saturday morning I sold him 150 AT&T iPhone unlocks at $37/IMEI. Of the 150, 5 where rejected and 4 where relocked. I told him he didn't have to pay for these, making the total, $5418. My policy is pay in advance, so I demanded he did. He bothered me until finally I got him to agree to send 1/2 up front. Soon I received $2000 on paypal from : Quote:
That sounded fishy so I went ahead and called paypal to ask if that was true. The representative at paypal told me that he lied to me! He said that because I was providing a service the transaction was being ruled in my favor. But that was only $2000 of the ~$5500 total owed. I told jackmate90 what paypal said, he seemed a little mad about it but he is claiming that he was scammed now. I told him that my deal was with him and made him give me his word that regardless of whether he got paid, he would send me the money that HE OWED ME! Because it would be unfortunate that he got scammed, I even offered to provide him service at $0.00 profit on my end until he made his money back from being scammed! He agreed to all of this on Saturday. On Sunday I asked if there was any news he said no. Late Sunday night (last night), which was Monday morning for him. He said that he still hasn't gotten any replies from him. I asked him when he was going to send the money and he told me now he isn't going to send the money until he gets the money! I argued with him a bit but figured it would be best to just wait until Monday morning for me (Monday evening for him). I asked if he has heard anything back and he says no "let's see if he sends the money tomorrow". He now denies ever saying he would send me money regardless of whether he got paid. When I told him I had chat logs that say otherwise, he started accusing me of scamming him because it took 30 minutes for them all to unlock instead of 1-5 minutes like I said. He seemed to forget that I said that bulk orders can take 10-20 minutes, but because I had to move money around because he didn't pay in advance, it added a little extra time. To make matters worse, I now have the guy who sent me the paypal money asking me a **** load of questions and accusing me of scamming him and I have no idea what the **** is going on!!!! Can somebody please tell me what I should do? I can't afford to be scammed right now. I realize it was my fault for not sticking to my terms though... TL;DR : jackmate90 (skype username : jack.mate75) IS A SCAMMER! I can provide chat logs, pics of paypal, emails, and proof of delivery to a moderator/administrator upon request. | |

| well i also talked to him on skype , few days ago . he says he is from delhi , and actuly he is from india i aske dhim few questions , n he was not having any answer to them , he says he need money all upfront , i sai dok , share ur ocntact detail s, then he shared his number , sunddenly i seen he deleted him msg frm sonork . and he told me he dont want any one to call him so i felt that something is wrong my sonork - 100.1579718 skype - gsm_era i knw that paypal guy i think so add me , i l try to help u out |

| More new info: He showed me skype logs of the guy he sold to and he hasn't blocked me. I don't think he intended on scamming me, regardless, I was scammed by somebody and I want my money one way or another. GSM_Era, I'd love to talk with the guy who sent PayPal. Also, I don't think his name is Karan, I think it's Vivek Singh. |

| He has recently made a threat against me (nothing serious, but he says he will create pages calling me a scammer) if I don't take this post down. I have some more info I'd like to add in too. I did some digging and found out this info on the guy who sent the paypal payment and tried to refund after I delivered the service. All I care about is the money that I'm owed. I don't hold a personal grudge against whomever scammed me. I'm going to get the IMEIs relocked if I don't get the money soon, and when that happens, your customers will be angry. Then I will get pages ranked proclaiming these parties as scammers. That isn't a threat, it's just something that I will do in efforts of recovering the money lost from being scammed. If anybody has advice on what I should do to try and recover the money I lost I'd love to hear from you. Thanks |
