I had talk with Mr.A.K.Singh for software package which can activate 1x in iphone4 actiavte ##626 in iphone4 6.1.3 since this code is needed to
enter min number.The deal was done for Rs 5000,which I tranfer in his account. He promised to provide me the solution within 1-2 hour after payment is done. I had tranfer the amount on 3/12/2013 & after waiting for 2 days I asked Mr.Singh to provide me the software package. He told me that his pc is not working at this time he will provide me the software as soon as pc will be ok. He provide me link of cydia source for activating ##626 ,which is a free solution available on the net I told him about this & ask to provide the software which can acticate the ##626 code and also 1x data but he never reply.Then I rang up him ,he told me that he was out of station with his father & his father is admitted. After 5-6 days again called up him to provide me the software on which he said he won't provide me the software as my tone is not good then I said ok then payback my money on which he said that he will payback only 3000 & deduct rs2000 as he had supported for one iphone I asked him to deduct Rs1000 & return 4000 as i have face loss due to his delay.The deal was done for enabling 1x and for software package just not providing free cydia source and i also told him that i m going to post now in forum about this. then he said I would payback you all money but at this moment I have only 4-5000 in my account.then i said ok after 2-3 days i again called up for money he said in 2-3 days.after giving me the time again & again now I am posting this complaint asking admin take approprate action against A K Singh

To Mr. A.K.Singh :- if still u do not refund my complete amount then i will go for criminal proceedings of forgery..
PS:-I have all the documents & call recording to prove all the above facts.

dont have to write too much
I gave software and support for Iphone cdma provisioning
I explained the method and everything

In return I got following reply from him,,though he admitted he got network
and programming code via my process
his reply..
- he has returned the set to customers
- all these process and tools were already with me
- I had already followed these processes
- give me process for EVDO (1X) Programming in Iphone cdma (right only available as protected online process)

So plz proceed.. whatever the way you like
I am not wrong ,offcource I do business by giving support for Hardware/Software bla bla ..
on other hand I have devoted my major life time too..have no fear,ready to face anything

First of all I want to ask Mr Singh...He says he gave me software package and support..tell me the name of software which he sent and how he give me on yahoo or on sonark ? He just give me cydia source to add and the deal was for software package which can enable both ##626 code and 1x data not only giving support...even he didn't support...i m out of station today..i will give screenshot of sonark..he never reply wen I ask for software...and second thing when he says that I hv given software then how on phone he agreed to give my money back and again and again say to wait 2-3 more days. I will give every proof on Monday to go this Man's name in listed cheaters. I hv recordings from 17.12.2013 to 7.1.2014 (7-8 recordings) where he admitted that his account balance is low so when payment come he trasfered in my account. Sometime I hv to call frm different numbers also as he reject my calls. Yes I gave the set back to customer as set was with me from 2-12-13..and aksingh refuse to give me software because he says my tone was not good. If aksingh is true he hv to reply my complaint or its Admin's duty to give his name in listed cheater.

I'm really shocked to see where the people can go for 82$ nowadays: I cn understand the recession but we are getting really bad.
As I said I'll wait up to monday for real news: if won't be any I'll ask the call records and conversation logs to the thread starter to have them translated by a trusteable person for the due valutations.
