Hey

First of all, sorry for the bad gramatics :-)

I have ordered 1 proaccount an 1 promix account from westerna. I have 6 motorola codes and 1 siemens code in order right now. After ordering 1 siemens code i got the answer from the robot "you have used all you logs..." I haven't recieved any motorola or siemens codes yet. They promise on the site that they will deliver the codes in 24 yours, but now its 4 days ago. They don't answer my mails. The price for the accounts is 380 EUR.

My advice is: Don't buy/give them any money. They promise more than they can....

Siemens credits ?????? in´the next time will be again aviable

I received everything I paid for from westerna, email replies were fast. But I had to wait for my siemens codes for some time.

Strange because i know that Westerna is very good guy and i think he have big problem whit server but don't worry you receiv your support in few time.

I can't wait any longer. My costumers is canceling their orders. I will try too get an refund from westerna and switch to another provider. I haven't heard a word from him since my first mail almost 1 week ago.

Then he should write it on his site or email his costumers. When I go on vacation then I write it, so people ain't waiting for the codes.

Guys,
Siemens codes can be calculated ONLY via original Siemens Service Partners website,and only persons who has access can calculate codes,as i know,there is not any other way to calculate codes,so that's why this service is so slow! because reseller should send imei numbers to persons with access,they login to site,enter imei,get code,send back to reseller!

Hello, sorry for the late reply, but I was on vacation till yesterday.
I made an autorespond on my e-mails with information about that.
There was my asistent who managed the remote unlock requests, but not everything depend from him.

All Motorola codes are delivered to all customers.
Now we offer support for all Motorola included IMEI 01...

Also very soon coming Online chat support for all visitors, it will be not necessary to make topics like this one.
