payment 388 usd for s-off card 5 may 2015 , this guy sent card to other country and not respond for my money, the only say that You can not solve problem,saying that I contact post oficce in other country to solve my problem!
Did not solve the problem,after trying and failing with several times ,thanks to a friend living in Brazil I manage to send package a my country peru, After 4 months , receipt package , when no use to me!! now I have xtcclip2 ,no need s-off card , seller said refund my money if I forwarded the card now not respond any messaje !!! need my money back

I could resolve with a friend who lives in that country,he could to get the package to my country, the problem is package in my hands 5 months after
no use to me, now everyone s-off free with htc clip2 ,I have ,

As you can see in the image placed by the user "LoneWolf37" address is to Peru and not Brazil.I believe that the package was sent correctly.
IKnow by own experience that orders shipped to Latin America and shipped from Latin America has Brazil as stopover in customs.
After analyzed is sent to the country of destination.
You say that your friend raised the demand in Brazil and sent to Peru.
I do not believe this to be possible.
An order transaction held in a Customs can not be raised in this country as the destination is another and this case is not Brazil but Peru as is the address.
No one can lift an order that does not belong this transaction. So I do not believe the version that you say (that friend lifted the Customs of Brazil and sent it to you).
The Proof is in the picture that I leave the post the order tracking is all very
clear.
The order was shipped with RR238386617TR y registration arrived in Peru with
the same number. So it could not have been sent by someone else in Brazil.
That stopping point is clear-cut agreements for the countries of Latin America.
If the order remained this time in Brazil's Customs it is not the fault of the sender but customs posts.
I Asked for a Sim Card to a friend who lives in Mexico to the UK.
He sent the same registered. Was one month in Brazil and then came from Brazil to UK. Total days 35.

A parcel can only be collected by another person (other than the recipient) if it has the official ID document and a written statement.
But this is only possible if the order is in the final destination.
This custom was retained in Customs in Brazil and not in some post office.
So it could never be raised because their destination was Peru, not Brazil.
