i placed an order and got wrong codes! sent for verify and i used contact button from website, still no one answered me!!!!

now it is 2 month still waiting for it to be verified?! and my client still have trust in me, waiting for me but now its becoming ridiculous, 2 month and a code requsest still not verified?!

Take a look to their forum ,they have a post in stick threads for this case.
You need to make a video when you enter the code and is not working and upload to their youtube account dedicated to this .But like you tell, is ridiculous 2 months ...If they don't contact you back then is clear .Good luck.

they should know that the codes are not good as there are notonly numbers but alphabets too!! i sent for verification, at least they should tell me that codes cannot be verified!!

Juts ask them the refund and don't deal with them next time.
The admin from their forum is a member here .Why he not reply here to help you and solve this ?

No days is hard to find a real supplier with a support and honest to reply you if a delay arrive and telling you like this you will not lost your clients.
