Guys what is so logical about a person (manhole) giving bad customer support?

What is so logical about him not answering any of my questions even once?

What is so logical about my orange box being dead after an update? (BTW I did that update because in my hti 1.9 that I had been using for some time - the network check stopped working) tried to update --- killed the box.

What is so logical about another 100+ members of this forum being angry for losing credits, dead boxes, 45+ days unlocks processing, etc,etc,etc....?

What is so logical about the " iphone imei check" policy change to 100credits ($15) for 30days?

What is so logical lies to your customers and supporters?

YOU ALL TELL ME!!!!

The only reason why I bought this HTI box (now twice) is because I needed iphone imei checker. (his unlocks were expensive anyway)

With a low price but discourageable services as he make(manole) he always making us fool as we purchase his product he kept on update but not so satisfied about it...i have 3 HTI Green boxes but now its totally dead i just bought it for a few months and now its useless...What a heck,he wants us to avail those other Orange HTI for a new...No way!your not so cool man..............

can u do what he has done and still here selling products here? i doubt it.

my green hti was dead 1 week ago, and im not planning to buy orange.

im not his fan, but i admire his smartness coz he can be here till today selling products.

maybe im not smarter than u, but manole is

u can visit mxkey thread, people complaining everywhere about dead hti, iphone unlocking, credits, etc. manole and his team just keep their silence.
any admin dare to take action against him? i doubt it too...

Guys,
my opinion about some product managers is not a secret but a few things we must say.
a) a lot of people started to make of this sector a job thanks to cheap disposeable tools.
b) Most of the users here complaining owned one of these cheap disposeable tools too.
What can't be recovered is the loss of market value, cos of the higher number of people doing this job, and who is in this sector since at least 3-4 years feel bad about it but on the other side few people are gratefull to them cos these tools gave them the chance to make of this sector a job or, at least, to earn some money off it.
What really makes me mad is people complaining and crying for dead tools bought 30-35$: as I already said "people spends more for condoms in a week"
Customers must be aware of 2 things
a) what you pay you get
b) dumping the prices won't help the sector at all.. both as tool sales and as end users pices.
