As i can see you are one of the team around in gsm world who made foul with their reseller's contentiously.

You providing miracle 1 year activation & your activation comes for 1 credits for 1 year activation. When your reseller going to active an sn, your system deducted twice. Hence, when resellers connected to you, you telling, no refund, no fixing (also you are removing reseller's from your IM contact as unnecessary), even the activation's credits deducted twice & you are not agree to renew/extend for more 1 year (That's final version is SCAM which means you are eating money as illegally).

However, who actually made the mistakes, that's defiantly your POOR reseller panel (application). That's not an application, now that's called an Money Hijacker.

If we sale it with 1 or 2 usd profit & if there mistakes from your reseller panel like 3-5/100 activation's, its means there is 0 (Zero) profits however if the system done more mistakes, it's become minus profits.

So, you have some options.

You need fix you reseller panel bugs or you have to fix as refund or you have to extend the activation's of the period while mistakes as per as reseller request. The extend policy may negotiate with reseller's clients and reseller may request to their clients that's mistakenly renewed for more 1 year and pay for more one year.

Special note for miracle team: You need to understand that if ALL RESELLERs do stopped selling 1 item, RESELLERs don't have any single issue, but make a common sense what you are doing.. You need change your mind it if you want to continue business at gsm area. If you do not resolve RESELLERs issues or fix this issues, all resell's will be Boycott you 100% because, they selling lots of products not only yours one & don't have any hassle to sale other boxes activation's products.

And if you do not resolve my issue, which mean will have Beware sign from my end for sure.

I have 2 SN mismatch.

It's almost 3 weeks, nothing response from them.

big problem this issue mirical team.

They started their business and different projects with same features only to eat money illegally.
They have nothing perfect in their software's..

The most embarrassing thing is that even after buying their tools, you can't say anything for their bugs in the forum.
If one do so, will definitely get a ban of the box serial no.


Few days back i had some issue like that, which took 1 week to solve....



So finally, it is really bad response from the miracle team.

i also get this problem 1 sn 2 times activated. if same sn active once when try 2nd time it should be notify its activated. but miracle activated twice. what f**k system is this.

seem he was playing this same game with an active moderator in this forum.

he was made to be a moderator fool about this same issue. after he close that thread by fake info.

Make rule guys that activation related to this tool isn't refundable even if it's already activated and no extension service since it will just take money and won't add years to account ,they fix it or not ,if they don't fix it for reseller who actually make them money first then save yourselves and this apply on any tool
