He is definitely a cheater, I bought his services as he advertised in main sales section and after getting payment iCloud not done on time as he advertised a 24 hours service and on his request and even after waiting a week still the job not completed.

I refunded customer and upon asking this guy about refund he said travelling to Dubai so can't send refund at the moment and after waiting and writing after two weeks he said the problem occurred with his PayPal so he needs time to fix it.

All I assumed he advertised a fake services in main sales section because he needed money or to return his previous debts and then following the most common practices here made excuses that he is travelling so he needs more time and when travel finished and there is no more excuses then here comes the PayPal account problem so they can't send refund to their customers and now fixing the account.

I've all the proof about of this guy begging him to send refund since last three weeks but he kept reading and ignoring messages and no action from his side. Being gentle I even wrote him on forum 27th of April that I don't want to write my review in marked feedback section about his bad services all because he is a old forum member and I don't want to damage his reputation be it seems he doesn't care of it at all.

I request Mods to take action against this guy and do something and I'm sure there would be many more victims which were trapped and didn't get the refund from his side..

Mobileman last activity yesterday but didn't pay any attention to the thread same as he isn't replying on the Skype and not refunding the money.

The guy stopped activity on forum showing he is unaware of this thread and about refund issue however he kept visiting forum after creation of this thread.

I request Mod's to put this user in a cheaters list.

It's more than one and a half month he is ignoring messages and not refunding the money.

The user is not coming online on forum and as he knew about the posts however he has changed the display picture on Skype. He definitely has a internet connectivity but not logging in to forum with intention.

The cheater has disappeared with all the due payments.
He is daily coming online on Skype showing online and offline status but not coming online on forum with intentions knowing he has already received the a warning Pm and if he would come online then definitely be listed in a cheater list.
