Money for Vygis LG Box transferred, dealer Oleh Kovalskii, Lvov, - GSM-Forum

I decided to by Vygis LG Box.
22.12.2004 - were sent emails to [email protected] and to [email protected]
with request to confirm reliability of his reseller Oleh Kovalsky, Lvov,
www.unlockers.net, [email protected]. There is no replies till now.
26.12.2004 - made a deal with reseller, got his promise "sending immediately
after money transfer"
27.12.2004 - money transferred.

Contetnts of the subsequent telephone chats:
- "LG Boxes are absent. I will get them tomorrow, and will send right away"
- "Only today I am recovered after NewYear, tomorrow will send for sure"
- "Today equipment is closed in office, tomorrow I will send obligatory"
and similar childish babble.

Since that, it is already a week, as dealer stopped to reply at all!.
His mobile phone or is switched off, either nobody answers the calls.
He doesn't respond to email also.

During this story a stream of our gastarbeiters, bringing LG mobiles by bags,
breaked up and finished. A lot of clients were lost. Money missed much more
than LG Box costs.

It is difficult to imagine what kind of support would expect me in case of
future problems with the Box.

Yes. On his site is list of "official trustable software resellers". I send money to one of
them - Vygis' word was enough for me. Reseller disappeared.
And now Vygis doesn't want to be responsible for it.

Vygis is a good trustable man and he offers a very good support to all owners of his dongles. The problem is only with your reseller and Vygis cannot be responsible for the money you give to someone else.
BR and i hope you will get your dongle for your reseller.

I believed so also. Just because I paid to his reseller, which I never knew before, relying only on his word "trustable". Does he responsible for it, if reseller was found
himself as a cheater? What is my guilt? In my belief in Vygis' words?

Hi,

I already talked with Raklm and I explained same I´ll explain here.

Posts were not deleted.
Yesterday 1 thread was moved into here, and Vadim Kova created new one on LG, I closed it and splitted the posts that were there into this one. But as I´m not moderator here, after split and move into this section, I couldn´t merged it into this thread. So I asked to moderating team, to merge this for me. Until this wasn´t done, Raklm see his posts and others missing, and of course had reasons to complain.

In resume was a big missunderstanding. All fixed now.

By appointing not performing dealers, I think it is best for Vygis to send a box to this guy for the sake of goodwill.

Vygis is a VERY VERY RELIABLE PERSON, am sorry you lost some deals while waiting, but please do excise patience as am sure everything ll be sorted..

you only need to read on this forum and see that THE ONE software author
with best (and verry long) support is Vygis. I can only say he is 100%
trustable and NOT TO BE BLAMED !!!
