hi all..

i have moneybookers account.. i was using it perfect until yesterday.. yesterday my account blocked suddenly.. and now i cant withdraw my money.. i have to send some documents to them by mail..

anyone has the same pb before..?

yes be very carefull with moneybookers, apparently they are cheaters, better don't use it

bank tt, western union, moneygramm or cash, this are the best payment methods

server was working fine..i sent the money and received w\o pb..but suddenly my account blocked.. and now my money is in there.. i cant receive it..and their suppporters r really very bad..i sent 3 or 4 e-mails but not reply me..

You must wait atleast 1 week for 1 reply.
Even my account was blocked before but to reopen it again took months for them.

Provide the moneybookers with all papers they need
and they will unblock your account

Not just moneybookers, Ebay did this to me as well (linked to paypal). Registered business account, 100 % rating no negative feedback and then all of a sudden account blocked.

Asking for me to send bank details, statements, proof of address to an e-mail account or an address in Ireland either by fax or e-mail.

After many e-mails to paypal and several 'fax not readable on reciept' messages I decided never to use either again.

There are safer and better ways of paying for goods. Just google moneybookers or paypal rip offs and see what comes up!

just send them what they need , and call them , u will get ur account fully working if all ok

the good thing in moneybookers is that money in never can blocked or send back for the sender not like paypal ;after 40 days they pick the money from ur account .
i prefere moneybookers than paypal .

i could only get my money back from moneybookers after our lawyer wrote them a letter but before the letter the comunication with them took around 3 months

really big bunch of cheaters this moneybookers

you are very wrong, as long as customer owns a credit card, the credit card company have the right i think 30 days to claim the money back any time and no one can do notihng against this. so be sure also moneybookers do chargeback, don't belive in what they write BIG, read carefully what they write small small in the terms of use.

the good think on moneybookers is that you can withdraw money in the currency you are getting it, and also that the money comes fast into the bank, this are the real benefits, but in fact for dealerss the moneybookers are nightmare and a buch of cheaters, since dealers have no support at all.

They do becuase if buyer dont get money back buyer will never use their service whereas we seller use it always whether we lost some money in such cases. So they always reversed money to buyer whether we provide them neccessary details they want. Their business depend on buyer protection not seller.

Don't be too happy, I went through the same thing a while ago, the account was ok and now they blocked it again.
Good thing I didn't have any money there because I'm not planning on using them ever again. They're a bunch of morons.
